Great night with Sally Harrison, local artist, chosen to be part of Spark Ipswich program by Ipswich City Council. Coincidently the night was hosted by Andrew Spark of Spark Design Advertising & Marketing !!!
Below are a few shots I took, but check out Paul’s video (Inscape Photography) to get a better feel for the view we had.
The sound track is from local musician William Duncan who played some traditional didgeridoo while we were treated to yet other local legend Jason Davison from Fig Jam & Co who prepared a selection from his new Bush Tukka range.
Great way of celebrating Naidoc Week!
Of course, if there was a book for sale (Myths & Memories : Bomaderry Children’s Home 1908-2008 / written by Bill Hipkin) , Heidi could not resist, especially after Sally showed her as child growing up in the book and shared a lot of other personal stories.
Thanks Andrew for putting all this together!
Great night !!
